A mobile solution to enhance chewer recovery

REMEX

AFOCO continues to promote high-performance industrial alternative materials. In this context, we highlight the unique expertise of our member REMEXa reference in the transformation of waste into resources.

A practical approach to the circular economy

A major player in eco-responsible management, REMEX is actively committed to waste reduction. Thanks to its cutting-edge expertise, the company deploys innovative solutions to transform industrial residues into future materials.

Agility of a mobile and customized solution

REMEX deploys a state-of-the-art mobile chewer solution. Based on a modular architecture, this system guarantees ultra-fast commissioning.

Like the treatment centres at REMEX, mobile units concentrate all the cutting-edge technologies needed to process chewers.

Each module is rigorously calibrated to function in perfect synergy, ensuring total harmony between processing capacity, compactness and operational efficiency.

This unique flexibility allows custom-made equipment to be configured without compromising performance.

This agile model releases theincinerator from the investments and operating costs inherent in managing a fixed infrastructure.

The treatment is becoming more efficient, ensuring optimal recovery of recoverable fractions.

The process developed by REMEX is based on a combination of technologies that:

  • Maximizing financial gains: The integration of our advanced sorting technologies significantly increases the purity and volume of precious metals extracted, directly boosting their resale value on the market.
  • Zero Heavy Investment (CAPEX): No fixed infrastructure or construction costs are required.
  • Elimination of operating costs (OPEX): The operator pays the long-term maintenance costs associated with the management of a permanent plant.
  • As well as the production of very high-value recycled solids for the public works sector.

Propelling the development of alternative materials

Valuing chewers is a strategic lever for building tomorrow's sustainable infrastructure. By replacing traditional natural resources with eco-materials recycled in road developments, this solution enables:

  • Preserving natural resources : immediate reduction in the extraction of virgin raw materials in quarries.
  • Valuing secondary resources : massification of the reuse of high performance recycled materials.
  • Greening territories A concrete anchoring of the circular economy at the heart of local public works projects.
