Workshop objectives and issues:
1. Existing guides
We will assess the adequacy of the guides currently in place to guide the development of alternative materials. Are they sufficiently adapted to current and growing environmental needs?
2. Impacts on primary resources
We will explore how the use of alternative materials can help preserve our primary resources, essential to our industry, while reducing our environmental footprint.
3. Distortions and solutions
We will analyse situations where distortions may occur when using alternative materials. More importantly, we will explore the levers and solutions to overcome them.
